Q. What type of Recruitment company is Strategic Selection?
Strategic Selection is an Executive Search Consultancy specialising in the IT industry, with the expertise to search and manage potential candidates to meet our client's requirements.

Q. What will happen to my CV if I send it to you?
Your CV will be treated as a speculative CV, unless you have been invited to send it in by one of our consultants. It will be handled with discretion and circulated to the consultants with positions open which are compatible to your CV.

Q. How will you contact me?
Initially on your home telephone number unless we have your permission to use your mobile number, work direct dial or a secure email address. All calls and correspondence are discrete and confidential.

Q. How will you know which positions/companies will be the right fit for me?
Our consultants are professionals and are fully trained in scrutinising CV's and interviewing techniques. They are experts in the IT Search industry and it would not serve the purpose to 'force fit' you into a role.

Q. Will you send me straight to an interview if there is a suitable position?
It is unlikely that you will be sent direct to the client. In order to ascertain your interest and suitability in the position it is usual that a consultant will speak to you and meet with you first to thoroughly describe the role and understand your aspirations.

Q. How is the interview arranged?
A Strategic Selection consultant will liaise on your behalf, with the client. All details, directions etc..., will be confirmed usually by Strategic Selection Business Support.
